Variddhi Gupta holds a postgraduate degree in Counselling Psychology. Passionate about contributing to student and workforce development, she has been actively practising as a Career Guidance Counsellor for over five years. Having worked with various schools and organisations, Variddhi has so far helped over 3500 students discover their best-fit career choices. Currently heading the career counselling vertical for a renowned group of schools across Delhi- NCR, Variddhi has previously been associated with Careers360 and Jitin Chawla’s Centre For Career Development. 

In her interactions with her clients, Variddhi uses a holistic, client-centred approach, along with the relevant tools and methods such as psychometric profiling and guided envisioning.
